There are� six (6) PMEA Regions in the State of Pennsylvania.� Each Region is comprised of two (2) Districts. Region IV includes a fourteen (14) county area covered by Districts 8 and 9.� The state map below shows the area represented by District 8 which includes Bradford, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga and� Union Counties and District 9 which includes Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming Counties.
